Wild sockeye salmon, marinated in honey teriyaki dusted with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Grilled on bge at 400 degrees! Results were good paired with bge roasted asparagus, but I would rather have a steak! Trying to get in shape after all the holidays!
Happy new year to everyone!

Looks great! That's how we prepare our salmon. Made it last night-guess I've had it too often. Getting too much of a fishy taste. Tried marinating it and still couldn't eat it. Good news is my wife liked it. Did a chicken breast this evening and really enjoyed it.

I'm certainly no health nut...but that looks really good! I'd trade a healthy home-cooked meal for a fast food meal anyday lol

@eggnewtoy I cooked it at 400 meat down, probably about 5 minutes then flipped too skin side down to finish until flaky throughout. Hind sight it was probably on about 1 minute too long, but it was still good!Large BGE - 2014
