This'll make me a Pastrami Fan.
Let me whip-up a loaf of Home Made Rye and well call it even.
Must have a stone ground / grey poupon mustard and some Dill Pickles.

Oh God, just ushered the first party out the door, and the second is coming in the door. I am so not interested in food.

You're a killer host bud. I feel ya on "so not interested in food". After cooking for hours on end I find myself like that too. I guess so long as everybody enjoys themselves and stuffs their pie holes to their hearts content you've done a jam up job. BTW, bought the Adjustable Rig from Wassi Meats in Melbourne yesterday while picking up a couple of briskets. They are now a Ceramic Grill Store dealer, and still the best BGE dealer in Florida.
