I just bought my first BGE yesterday. Me and my brother put it together yesterday. What should should my first cook be?

Welcome, lots of good feedback here, agree on keep the cost of meat down and focus on temp control, also low and slow mostly require an indirect setup, not sure if you picked up a plate setter? What size egg you working with?
