Puerto Rican food sounds fun, hope it turns out awesome!
We're bringing out and old favorite that has been severely neglected over the last few months. Pepper Stout Beef tonight! Only bummer is the very spice sensitive crowd of native Sconnies, so I'm omitting all the hot peppers and just using bells.
I am grilling some shishito peppers for the first time, so that should be fun. I'll probably throw on a Serrano or two for those that want to spice up their sandwiches.
Cheers all, have a great New Year's -
