I went in today to get a CAB Brisket, however they were out, but.... They have Prime Briskets for $6.99 per lb. Their choice is usually $4.99 in case anyone wants one. I had to try it out so I will be having brisket this weekend.

    I know there is a fellow egger with a lot of various komado cookers that LOVES Patton's.....  I've yet to make it up there from the South-side, but its on my list of places to hit up!!!

    They sell KJ's, by the way.

    It's a decent butcher shop but wouldn't go out of the way to get there. 

    Then again, you could hit the Mothership on way up 85.

    Patton's is awesome. They are a great shop with a great crew. Josh always takes good care of me when I'm in there. 

    PS- You missed the $3.99/lb Prime brisket sale a couple weeks ago!

    Fortunately, I live close enough to go there whenever I need meat.  If you sign up for their email newsletter you get some really good deals (like 50% off prime brisket).  They make some killer hot dogs and bacon.  I have a fat gift certificate for Patton's that the in-laws gave me Christmas - can't wait to go spend it.

    Well Crap I wish I had know about the sales a few weeks ago. That sucks. I would have bought a couple at the price and put them in the Freezer until spring.
