And when you roast them for stock they are incredibly good right off the pan. I guess I tend to roast stock meat darker than I would if I was cooking a meal. Kind of like the skin on good wings.Steve

Looking good, Gary. Thanks for sharing, and, no, I don't think it's too graphic to show here, just what anyone would see if they went to an Asian market.Happily Egging since 1996, still egging on my original large BGE, along with 6 other Big Green Eggs of assorted sizes.

That looks AWESOME! I raise chickens not to eat though, so not sure that would be accepted at my place....
I'll stick with Vienna Sausages fer all my pieces parts of critters!!!! hahahaHunting-Fishing-Cookin' on my EGG! Nothing else compares!
