Maple Mustard Pretzel Crusted Pork and a Special Birthday

I've been out to dinner recently and had pork chops with a pretzel crust and I've been dying to try to recreate the dish.  I loosely followed the recipe in the link below with some butterflied pork chops.   After grilling the chops I broiled the pretzel crust in the toaster oven.

This is going to be a new favorite in the house.

Today is also a very special day.  My large Big Green Egg turned one year old today!  This year flew by, they grow up so fast!
