had been wanting to try this on the egg for awhile. Finally built up the gluttonous appetite as my wife does not eat red meat...all for me!

Broccoli was sautéed with shallots in olive oil. Cooked two strips of bacon on the egg and then mixed one strip in with the broccoli.
