Game Day Chili

I have wanted to make a round of our chili on the Egg since trying some that was awesome at the local EggFest over the Summer.  I made our standard/go-to chili recipe, just did it all on the BGE, and it was awesome!  You'll probably notice from pictures, but I did all the veggie/meat cooking over direct heat, then once I had everything in there and it needed to simmer, I switched it up to indirect and through some wood on the fire and stirred it around every 10-15 minutes or so for the hour it simmers.  It really changed the flavor up to something desirably smokier (but not overkilled by smoke).  GO STEELERS!

PS - don't mind the salmon that I threw on for my weekday lunches!
