A bit belated on my posts as we've been traveling around to various family's homes for the holidays, but I had to take a minute to post my first attempt at Prime Rib, which I made on Christmas Eve's Eve for visiting family.  I have always been nervous to make this, but man did it come out great.

I hope you all enjoyed the holiday with your families.  Merry Christmas!





PS - Lamb Chops were on the side (my wife had never had Lamb, and that had to come to an end)
