Dry aged 60 day tomahawk
Its been a long time since I had a great steak. I treated myself to a 2.3lb 60 day dry aged prime tomahawk yesterday. I was so anxious to eat it I forgot to take some pics when it was done...sorry.
It came out perfect so flavourful and tender.
