Christmas Brisket

I have the Christmas brisket on with the maverick plugged in. I started it around 7pm and the maverick is reading 147 internal and the grill is at 225 - 235.  How should I proceed? Wrap in foil? Spritz with apple juice(or other)?

Get up real early.  Take it off when the flat is tender.  Let it cool in the open for 30 minutes or so.  Wrap in some butcher paper if you have it and throw it in a cooler.  It will stay hot for a long time.  Eat.

I would continue unwrapped and remove like Nola said when the flat is probe tender. You never said how big the brisket was, you still could be a long way from done.
