Christmas Eve Dinner on the BGE

I asked my grandson, Kingston, what he wanted for dinner. He said quickly Steak!!

So first on a nice meatloaf and baked potatoes. Should go for about an hour or so. Once they are done I will drop the grid on to the fire ring, open her up and let it roll to about 650-700. Then toss on the big a$$ filets.
