Thanks! Rub is on, grill is stabilized. I'm going to give it a bit because the Egg got up to temp quicker than I expected. Will probably put it on between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I'll post pics when she's done.Powder Springs, GA

I just got a look at the picture on the computer. The coloration wasn't so grayish and bad looking. It was more golden brown. I think the flash reflected off the pan.
In any event, it was really good. I was surprised how moist and tender it was. Very happy with the cook and will do it again.Powder Springs, GA
