I am going to do a ham for christmas. Any advice to kick it up a notch? So far I've read 225 - 250 until it reaches 160 and glaze it throughout. Any glaze ideas? Thanks

Don't cook it that high, it's already precooked. Take it to no more than 130*. Lots of options for adding flavors; glaze, inject, or just add more smoke. But please, regardless, don't cook it to 160* and dry it out.They/Them
