One Cook, Two Steaks

Nice steaks tonight.  The Spouse likes well done and I like rare.  It devils me to have the both come out right.  I put her's on indirect until the interior was mid 80's then seared both of ours.  Then I moved them back and forth direct and indirect until hers read in the 150's and mine was approaching 140.  Mine was just right, her's was medium rare and she would have liked it a little more done.

Last pics are my lunch tomorrow and the leftovers.  I have been sharing my diet.  I ate 9 ounces of a pound and a half steak tonight.  Lunch is 5 ounces steak and 3 ounces shrimp for about 350 calories (I don't count the raw vegetable sides).  Down over 10 pounds right now.
