Fast Flank Steak

Came home to see some flank steak marinating in a gallon bag - marinade was some concoction of soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, and whatever else she through in there. My job, get the egg ready and cook.

Got the egg up to 500 and followed a previous posters directions for a fast flank.

2-3 minutes on each side at 500, shut the vents and cook to your desired temp. I had the AR in the egg with the standard grate sitting on top. Cooked two of them.

This one was cooked a little more than my liking... did not get shots of the other, both were tasty!
