Cast iron garlic , parmesean & bacon , smoked mashed potatoes.

This was done on cedar planks originally then I threw it all into one cast iron skillet.

Make your mashed potatoes,  be sure to salt and pepper your mased potatoes then addfresh shaved parmesean with about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of whole cream. To that stir in to your taste minced garlic ( 2 tbs) and chopped bacon ( as much as you want).

Stir it all together and then oil your skillet.  Set you egg up for indirect heat legs up and add apple wood. Get temp to 275 and smoke for about 1 hour or until your top is golden brown.

Upon completion , chop up some green onions and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Put back on egg for 5-10 minutes for cheese to melt then serve !!
