Pheasant and Mini Max?

Anyone ever do pheasant on the Mini Max? If so, I am looking for ideas :-)
Large, Medium, Mini, and Mini Max, a few too many accessories, 2 kids, 1 dog, and original wife. Lover of winter, powdery snow, and lots of golf.

Several times- I have wrapped in bacon to keep from drying out. Cooked at 350 until internal temp was 155.

And after you get them cooked- he only does breasts- This is to die for compliments of Adam. Each year he brings some newburg to the Florida Mini Fest. Breakfast with potatoes eggs eggcetra or over rice or noodles. Have a happy holiday!
