Dutch oven and red potatoes?? Anyone - help needed

Looking to do some red potatoes in a cast iron dutch oven (preferably topless).  Looking for ideas. Direct, indirect, recipes, etc?  Go! This will be done on my medium egg and cedar planking some salmon on my large. 
Large, Medium, Mini, and Mini Max, a few too many accessories, 2 kids, 1 dog, and original wife.  Lover of winter, powdery snow, and lots of golf.
