Deer backstrap fatty

I've never posted any cooks on here so I had to post a cook from a few weeks ago. Any hunters out there I highly suggest this. Mine was only stuffed with cream cheese, cheddar cheese, spices, and bbq sauce but obviously you could add more. Smoked indirect with apple chunks for around 3 hours.
