Ribeye deal at Wegmans, how should I cook?

Happy Holidays!
Saw this when shopping for ABT stuff at Wegmans and couldn't resist. Embarrassingly I've only cooked a steak or two on my egg and both were thick, this one is only about an inch at its thickest. How should I cook this bad boy up tomorrow? Keep in mind I'm also cooking ABTs...

I sear at 700 for 9 seconds each side, then pull them off to rest for 20 minutes while the grill cools down to 400. Then cook them to desired internal temp.
the 20 minute rest in the middle is the key in my mind -
Where's "the deal" at $13.99 per# ?
I'd go T-Rex or Caveman.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL -
Apply salt, pepper, and rub with fresh garlic.
Place in fridge uncovered for a couple hours or even over night.
Remove and let come to room temp.
Go 650° till 115° and finish will some good fresh butter (Kerrygold if you have it) or some compound butter.
Enjoy!------------------------------

That says dry aged. It's gonna cook wicked fast, a lot faster than normal just so you are aware. I would reverse seat at like 225 then cast iron 60 secs a side. No seasoning but salt and compound butter.

Reverse searing a .70lb piece of meat just isn't worth it, IMHO. Over 1.5lbs is when reverse sear will shine.------------------------------

have done several similar in thickness. i keep it simple...bge cosmic cow a couple of hours in advance, on the grill at 550 degrees till about medium. honestly, the best steak i've ever had. my wife who loves a great steak agrees, nothing beats it. others on this site have their own particular method and i'm sure with equally great results. just try what makes the best sense to you. if you start with a good cut, you won't go wrong.

Hey! Good to see you again. I hit up Wegmans last week for the same steaks. Went hot and fast, flipping every 30 seconds 3-4 times. Excellent meat. Mine were about an inch thick.

Didn't quite get the sear I was looking for but the flavor was all there. One of the best steaks I've had.
Salted for an hour or so then cooked at 550 until ITT of 110ish. Rested then finished with some ghee. Probably a little rare for most but I love it rare.
Thanks all!Frederick, MD - LBGE and some accessories -
Those are some good lookin steaks! I tried the whole cover it in salt for at least an hour and rinse it off. The steaks were so salty they were almost inedible.
