First cooks on the XL

Thought I'd share a few pics of my first "break in" cooks so far on the xl egg. (Under 350°)

Just finished assembling the egg!

First cook on Saturday night!!! Ribeye steaks!
#forgot to take an after pic but they were perfect being the first cook#

Burgers tonight! Sipping on a mich ultra

LOVING the size of the XL!!! I've barely used any lump with two cooks!
I can't wait to try some high temp searing and then eventually the famous reverse sear!

Thanks guys!!! I predict I'll be using the egg 3-4 times a week... maybe more....
I hope I can keep mine green on the outside for a good while! It will always be under a covered patio so that mite help? If not it'll just give it more character! No biggie.... As for the inside it'll be black in no time!!!
