Carolina Panther beef short rib afternoon

Panthers! Keep pounding!!
With all the excitement at going 13-0 decided to do some beef short ribs on the Little Kahuna (2hrs at 220) and finish Greman style in onion wine and beer reduction.

Cracked led pepper and course sea salt, garlic powder; just in time for kickoff.

Carmilized onions, cup of Malbec one New Castle, pressed garlic and more pepper and salt.
This was just the start of 3rd quarter and although looking good on the stove, not looking good for the Atlanta dirty birds.
Here's a new shot of my cooking buddy "Jake".

3hrs low slow simmer and it was time for game celebration, wine and damn good cook.

13-0 Carolina Panthers and a perfect Sunday evening meal! Doesn't get much better.

Dayum those look good. I could have used some of those as comfort food. As a Falcons fan I need all the comforting I can get.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
