The downside of lamb - it's expensive. When I do buy it, I make sure I have my "A" game going on the cook. I would hate to ruin it.Living the good life smoking and joking

Try Sam's or Costco. Local Sam's here has dbl packs of frenched racks for $10-12 / lb year round. This is from my freezer, probably need to cook it soon.
