17.5 pounds between 200-250 (raised after first 12 hours to speed up cooking process for an event). Took roughly 16 hours and pulled between 195-200. Marinated in a local rub for 24 hours. Turned out awesome as I used Apple wood too.

Also very much enjoyed the remote thermometer lol
