Boston Butts
17.5 pounds between 200-250 (raised after first 12 hours to speed up cooking process for an event). Took roughly 16 hours and pulled between 195-200. Marinated in a local rub for 24 hours. Turned out awesome as I used Apple wood too.

Looks great- did 2 last weekend myself, although that sticker on the stainless cap is a little tacky...
- Bettendorf, Ia with lots of time in Chattanooga, Tn. LBGE, plate setter, ar, Looft lighter, maverick et-735, Rutland gasket, Smokeware SS cap, Kickash basket, and lots of cast iron.

It's laser etched into the cap and they did a damn good job of it. Sorry but no plated pics they ravaged it all before I got the chance lol!LBGE
