Have some thick 2" pork chops, any ideas ?
They are frozen but thawing out in the frig.

Walkerswood or Grace jerk seasoning (paste). Spread some on, place in a zip bag for a couple of hours and grill raised direct at 400°. Serve with Jamaican rice and peas. Delicious!

It's pretty spicy so if you prefer, they also make a mild version. At least WW does, not sure about Grace.

These were a hit at our house, stuffed, but I usually just reverse sear them.
