It's still damn good. I've been instructed that all the leftover ham must be depleted before I begin the next cure. I'll be starting a new one this weekend.
@nolaegghead helped me with necessary ratios etc and then I developed my own cure recipe. Believe it...he's good peeps! Save @nolaegghead
