Sunday Night dinner on a Tuesday night.

Picked up a Prime rib eye for myself and a prime filet for SWMBO on Sunday at HEB. can't beat their meat market. Cooked a couple of baked potatoes and roasted some cauliflower with some garlic. Not too shabby for a Tuesday night.  Rubbed them down with some evoo and Fiesta Uncle Chris's Famous Steak Rub.  Plus I have lunch tomorrow.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
