That's wired looking. The pork is cooked, yet the cheese slice isn't melted and the bread still has some fluffy parts? I would have thought it would have absorbed fat and grease from both sides of the equation.
I think I'd just slide out the pork, peel off the bacon, and leave the rest for the birds. It's a pretty slick method, though! Thanks for the share (despite my end of work week cynicism)
I'm going to stick with the TurDuckIn.
