Baby back ribs

Baby backs on sale this week so I cook a few racks for dinner. I rubbed the ribs with Eat Barbeque sweet rub and Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub. The ribs cooked indirect at 250f with some sugar maple and coffee wood chunks.  For sides I made pasta in a white sauce, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
