Approximate pork loin cook time?
Cooking my first 2.5 pound pork loin tomorrow, any idea how long it should take to cook indirect at 325/350? It's on the mini and trying to time it with the turkey on the large.
Thanks in advance

I usually do pork loin for around an hour. Depending completely on internal temp though

Pork loins always cook faster than I expect; it's a big chunk of meat but its always less than an hour for me; like slovelad said, go by temp!___________

So, I have a 10 lb loin to do, does the size matter as far as total cooking time? I am going to cut it into at least 2 pieces to fit better on the large Egg

@tdbmd - with a cut like a loin it is not so much the total weight but the thickness or diameter of the meat. Once the length exceeds the diameter then additional length doesn't really add anything to the cooking time.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Awesome! Thanks.
