2 Turkeys
Im doing 2 birds in the egg (one in the oven) a 6 lb and a 12 LB. my plan is to fire it up to 350, put both birds on, with the thermo in the small one, when it hits temp pull it off, then put the thermo in the other. then warm the smaller one after cooking....thoughts?
