Turkey breast

Sorry if I have missed it on here, but I have a quick question.  How long should I expect it to take to cook an 8# bone in turkey breast? This is one half of the rib cage, only one breast. I'm thinking I will cook it at 325 and give it the mad max rub, unless someone has a better suggestion. Thanks in advance!

  • A whole turkey runs about 15min a pound here. I'd start there. I'd allow 45 min to an hour but check temps rather than follow the clock. Good luck
