How long to cook 18lb Turkey at 350 on large BGE

I know there are a lot of threads on this subject but many have conflicting advice. So I thought I would ask again.....
Cooking a 18 lb turkey at 350 on Thanksgiving and need to know approximate time for planning purposes. I will be using a large BGE burning Rockwood lump with the grid at gasket level on a woo-2 indirect. I plan to use a drip pan on the place setter below but the turkey will be in an open rack and NOT in a roasting pan. I don't plan on stuffing the bird with anything but a couple of onion pieces and an apple slice or two. So how long should I plan to have the bird in the heat?
Thanks in advance.

Never mind, I just found the "turkey cheat sheet" pinned to the top of the page that answered all my questions.

Just did 18.10 pounder in a roasting pan and it took 3 hours. That was with a PS. Should have taken it off ten mins earlier.

A few days ago, I used the setup you described, with liquid-filled drip pan, 350 grid. A 20# turkey with nothing in the cavity took 3 hours.
