Been wanting to try these guys for a while. Make a small batch today as a test run for Thanksgiving apps, and damn, were they good! Love this forum and the recipes shared. Can't wait to break these guys out later this week for the family.

    Looks good. I've only done them once myself with toothpicks also. I've seen pictures of others using skewers, 5-6 on each skewer, might be easier if you are doing a bunch.
