OT -- "Wings" and Ranch Taters
This was a $2.71 pack of local and hormone-free chicken legs from Cone's Meat Market that I used for "big wing" night. Amazing the size difference between these and hormone pumped legs. The flavor is better too IMHO. This was OT because I ended up frying them inside -- I ran outta lump and Wally World didn't have any (except for Cowboy which I refuse to buy).
Buffalo Cajun Ranch flavored and Garlic Teriyaki flavored:
They were crazy good. Hope everyone has a nice weekend. I need to re-stock up on lump, so a trip to the hardware store is on the agenda for my Saturday. This whole "cooking inside" thing has gotta stop.

Literally made my mouth water...which is really impressive considering how dehydrated I am.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thx guys! @Tbent , yessir. Flour dredge, egg wash dredge with hot sauce, then a final dredge of flour and panko. Shake off the excess, then rest in the fridge while your oil comes to temp in a frying pan.
