I'm cooking a 8.5 lb spiral cut ham bone in and a 4 lb turkey breast, I plan on pulling the ham at 140deg and the turkey at 160 deg. 
What length of cook time should I expect for each of them at 250-275deg?  Will not be cooking until Thanksgiving morning.
