Tonight, I took out a foodsaver bag of pulled pork from the freezer and threw it in some hot water. Helluva lot better than Ramen.

I do ramen with 2 eggs.

That ramen rage came long after my college days so I'm clueless, but I always have "make aheads" which I call instead of "left overs".

I always keep deli lunch meat . Good bread sharp cheddar. Mayo. The food stuff is must at my house. I'm a big sandwich guy. A friend was over at my house once. I was making myself a sandwich and ask him if he wanted one. When he was eating it be said "I feel like such a grown up" . I said "why do you say that?" , he said "this is a real deal sandwich." I guess he was expecting something crappy.till this day he's still bragging on my sandwiches to people. I created a monster.2-XLs ,MM,blackstone,Ooni koda 16,R&V works 8.5 gallon fryer, express smoker and 40" smoking cajun

Brisket chili 5 way. I have never done this before but for some reason had a craving. Beans in the chili as well. In your face Texas.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

Lol. There are a couple of tacqueira's near the house I frequent. I'm not a fan of chipotle. I don't go there often, but there's just something nostalgic from college days about some taco bell.Steve

Home renovations have not completed the new back patio, so the egg is not home yet. In the mean time, I'm using the griddle on my new range as a sort of "mini-Blackstone" to make a mean grilled cheese sandwich...

a variation on the ramen upgrade. Get the ramen boiling hot and crack an egg in it and scramble. Hit it with your fav hot sauce.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius.

May sound pedestrian, but good old KD (Kraft Dinner).
My little guilty pleasure, scallops sautéed in olive oil and crushed galic. The scallops are dusted in cornstarch prior to frying. The pan is scraped and all the brown goodness goes into the KD.

My favorite way to eat ramen is not as a soup.
First I boil the ramen for 3 minutes.
While it is boiling, I melt a couple of tablespoons of butter in a frying pan. Add about 1/2 the ramen seasoning packet and some black pepper. drain the noodles and then fry them in the seasoned butter for a couple of minutes stirring frequently to spread the flavor all over the noodles.
Eat with fork. Yummy and tummy not full of water when done eating.
forgot to mention, goes great with a handful of microwaved lil' smokies.
