Short Ribs

We are having a dinner party next month and I thought I would do a test cook for the short ribs.

I followed Griffin's recipe.  https://griffinsgrub.wordpress.com/2012/02/15/braised-short-ribs-in-a-red-wine-sauce-on-creamy-polenta/

Not the best plating pic but wanted to show the end result.


Coming off the Egg they looked a little dark/done but were all fall apart goodness.  This definitely passed the "wife test" and is a go for the party.  The only challenge is that I might need a large pot to cook a large quantity.
