Caveman Tri-tip searing video- (post sous vide cook)

Took this video a couple weeks ago as the last glimpse of fall weather was exiting Montana.

Sous Vide for about 28 hours, hard chill, then sear caveman style.  Was pretty much my first caveman sear directly in the coals.  Here is a sliced pic-
