Brisket question
Hey All,
So I am relatively new to the BGE and of course I have a million questions regarding cooks and you guys have been amazing and this forum is truly filled with knowledge. However today's question - I came across this meat market that sells a brisket flat (pretty sure it's only the flat) but I am not sure what grade or quality this meat is, it is $5.99 a oh and have some pictures below, has anyone seen, cooked, ate this brand?

Swift is a known meat packing house-give goole a run. I have not cooked their products in recent memory. At that price, I would hope it is choice grade. Don't know your general location but if you have any supermarket chains around you you may be able to compare/relate the price. Does it have decent marbling on the side w/o the cap?
BTW-I have never seen a bone-in brisket so the boneless is just filler...FWIW-
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. -
Thanks for the feedback, it had good marbling on the side w/o the fat cap, I live in the northeast and this is the biggest, best looking brisket I have came across, there is a SAMs club near me that I am going to try as well, I wish I could get my hands on the full brisket with the point etc, pretty sure this was just the flat.. Thanks for the knowledge, much appreciated.. Haven't attempted one of these but looking forward to attempting soon.

@Bart1434, our Sam's have choice and prime briskets here in KC, but not sure about the northeast. Sam's does a BBQ Championship Series every year so I would think they should have some. I laughed when I seen the boneless in the description. It comes from what would be the front shoulders of the cow and like @lousubcap said I have never seen one with a bone.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
