Pulled Pork Sammich
Cooked up a little 6lb pork butt. Rubbed with a mix of plowboys yardbird and honey hog hot. This was my first semi/turbo cook and it was awesome to be able to do pulled pork in basically half the time. I started off at 280 for a while, then bumped to 300, then finished at around 320; made easy thanks to the flameboss. The pork turned out great, nice bark too. Made up a nice big sammich topped with some creamy slaw, definitely hit the spot!

Funny, Butts are the most common cook, and yet I could look at a perfect sammy like that for 10 minutes.
Looks delicious.

Found a new go to for leftover pulled pork. Loaded pulled pork fries! Made some homemade cold oil fries with russets. Topped off with pulled pork, 3 cheese blend, chihuahua cheese, BBQ sauce, siracha and sour cream. Mess of crazy goodness!

@slovelad no problem man. Definitely go the homemade fry route, the cold oil method is super easy and the fries come out great.
