    this thread hissy started because someone called out @slovelad
    for being broke AND having bought an egg. I can only imagine how broke i'd be if i did buy an egg. And from the looks of his profile picture, it doesn't look like he went out and got him the eggzilla. LAWDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

    @slovelad - if you want to cook your steaks hot and fast, just pull out the grid and drop the steak right on the red coals. (AKA Cave Man method). Makes for a great crust.

    im glad you mention that, for several reasons...

    1) because i actually was curious about the topic of the thread... rather than spending hours arguing about non-sense

    2) does the burnign lump not leave a residue on the steak? i thought it would give it a bad taste. do you have to wait until the coals aren't black anymore before putting the steak on them>?
