Wings and Wedges

Cooked up some wings ala @KiterTodd that he posted recently. Couple different mustards and a habanero sauce then dusted with some yardbird and death dust. Started cooking at 300 and let the temp creep up to 400. Turned out really tasty, definitely a nice variation.

Man those look great. The wings and the wedges. Did you do the taters in the oven, egg, or in a fryer?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt Thanks! In the oven. Let them sit out after cutting for a while. Tossed with some chili powder, paprika, cayenne, s&p, and olive oil. 425 for about 45 minutes.
@keener75 Thank you! They were on about a hour 15, raised indirect. I usually do them for about 45 raised direct at 400-425, this method worked just as good if not better.
