Mexican rice....
My loving wife is Mexican. She makes some delicious rice. If anyone is interested please speak up, will gladly start a thread....

Saturday I made a pork butt, with what was not finished, I through in the skillet on Sunday to turn it into crispy pieces of awesome pork. I too would love to see a recipe. I have a recipe but I'm not 100% sure it is authentic.

Its not rocket science!
Rice and add yellow one for white rice and the red for red rice. This are in
cubes but can be bought in jars. Off course you can always add corn or bell pepper strips.
Men, easier fed than understood!! -
Every Mexican Family has a STAR at making dirty rice. My Sis-in-law makes the BEST dirty rice.
You should see the results of ALL THREE sisters getting together for the DAY and making 10 Dozen TAMALES. In 3 or 4 'varieties', including a sweet tamale.
I get issued 3 tamales per year. The rest? Vultures.
NOBODY measures anything, so a recipe would be sheer guesswork…...
