One Pot Roast

For some reason I've always been against this idea.
Clearly I a idiot!
It worked amazing, Mrs Wigan confirmed that the carrots and parsnips were "Something else". I used a bit of garlic powder and black pepper for the chicken and simply washed and scrubbed the veg and popped in some crushed garlic for added flavour.

Very nice. That is not the pot roast I was expecting but I love the chicken over veggies.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
