For some reason I've always been against this idea. 


Clearly I a idiot!


It worked amazing, Mrs Wigan confirmed that the carrots and parsnips were "Something else".  I used a bit of garlic powder and black pepper for the chicken and simply washed and scrubbed the veg and popped in some crushed garlic for added flavour.
