Minimax turkey

Hi guys,

It's been forever since I've posted here, but I wanted to take a second and confirm that YES, you can cook a 12lb turkey in a Minimax. This cook was done indirect on the grate, 350-400 the whole time. If I had removed the fire ring and stood up the bird, I could have fit a larger one.

Boom! MM is once again proving to be a workhorse. If you can clear the dome you can cook it. Nice work!!! Looks awesome.
