Love your smoked chicken salad, so easy, delicious and convenient. Smoked up a batch to be vac sealed and frozen for days when we're too busy to cook!

Dry brined, heavy hickory smoke, 250 till IT 150, to be chilled, deboned and skinned before vac sealing.
