Decided to cook up my first lasagna on the egg... Been thinking on it for a while and its getting to Temp. now.

An awesome finishing touch is to top the lasagna with pepperoni.I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
